Welcome to Millymoo Gifts terms and conditions of use. Please read these carefully as purchasing from our website means that you have understood our terms and conditions and agree with them.

Pricing

All items are displayed in pounds sterling. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Product Availability

Pre-made gifts and cards will be up to date with stock availability. If an item is out of stock it will show this by the product and you will not be able to add it to your basket. If for any reason we are able to despatch your order we will contact you by email and offer you a full refund. The above does not apply to any Commissions made for our hand illustrated work.

Product Representation

At Millymoo Gifts we make every effort to ensure that we give you the most accurate description of each of our products. However, we cannot accept responsibility for variation of the products we do not produce ourselves; please note that many of our items are handmade and may vary slightly for example, fabrics, colours etc. Although we make every effort to ensure accuracy on sizes and measurements, please note that they can only be approximates. Colour representation is as close as it can be however we cannot accept responsibility for colour variations caused by photography, computers or browsers.

Data Policy and Payments

Payments are made via PayPal. PayPal is accepted everywhere, from large retailers to small independent retailers and online retail. It is a safe and secure way to pay online and all customer information is kept strictly confidential. We do not keep any credit card information and never pass on any of your details to third parties.
You do not have to hold an account with PayPal to be able to purchase from this website.

Returns

We hope you are pleased with your purchases from Millymoo Gifts. However, if for any reason you wish to return them you can do so within 7 days of purchasing. The items need to be returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Simply return the item packaged securely with your name and purchase number inside. Any costs incurred in returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. Damaged or faulty goods must be notified to Millymoo Gifts within three days of receipt of order. Returns policy does not apply to commissioned orders (please read terms and conditions for Commissions).

We cannot guarantee that our website is free from viruses or infecting programmes. We will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your use of MillymooGifts.co.uk.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions here at Millymoo Gifts at any given time without notifying our customers other than on the website.

Shipping

We do not make a profit on postage and only charge what it costs us plus a minimal cost for packaging materials.

Our Pamper products are shipped directly from our stockist and postage is calculated on weight at the checkout.

Dispatch times

With our pre-made gifts and cards we aim to despatch the items within 7 days of ordering and payment confirmation.
Personalised commissions are harder to provide a lead-time for as they very much depend on how busy the Artist is at time of ordering.

If you would like a time scale for a commissioned product please email millymoocardsandgifts@gmail.com and we can then give you an up to date wait time for the prospective order. We do work our hardest to get commissioned items to you as quickly as possible and if the order is time-sensitive we can rush this forward but a £20.00 fee will be charged for this service to cover the extra time added to get this order through as soon as possible.

Our pamper products come direct from our supplier and they aim to despatch items within 3-5 days of receipt of order.
